most likely they do not. you have a nice download now. What is your cap? upload and download.

If you are using a mac and you downloaded cablenut, you will need to open cable nut and delete tweaks.. not for mac..

Thank you for your advise.  I followed the above link and downloaded and installed the program, but it did not fix the problem.  I called my ISP tonight and it seems that they fixed the problem remotely.
