i download like 2 times a week and no i dont have nothing to track how much bandwidth i used.I have a ? how is your speed so fast and what did you do to get speeds like that? also what ool.ccs file

meaning if you on utorrent and your uploading more then 30mb or more (seeding) your upload speed will go down alot..

out of the 4 files you gave me which one would work best for my speeds now?

i ask them if i was capped and he said yes that he would fix the problem and he did .i also ask him about my up load and he said that if i upload more then 30mb for a long time that my upload speed would go way down to just about a 56k modem speed only for 3 hours. (there is a limit for upload)
