i checked what u said and yes it is on stay alive. i do have filters on. i have a speedsteam 4100 with no router. win xp pro sp1 what else do u need to know?

hi, i've been having a problem for over 3 months already and the damn customer service dont even know what they are doing! my problem is: i lose connection very often, but my speedsteam 4100 has all its lights on green. the only way for me to fix this problem is to shut off the computer and press off then on to the modem and then restart the computer. ITS GETTING SO ANNOYING THAT IM JUST SITTING HERE FOR 10 HOURS STRAIGHT LOOKING FOR A WAY TO FIX IT! customer service is no help, i called them 4 times already and they all say different things, i had a sbc guy come over and check the cables and he said it was all fine.. blah lbah blha AND HELP?!

i saw a website where there are only 2 packages 1.5 and 3.0 mpbs, but i want to buy some higher speeds. do you guys have any websites that show higher speeds.

omg my modem sometimes die on my too, all ways at night from 1:00-3:00 am. but i found a way to fix it, i restart my comp and restart the modem and it works!! lol but i dont want to do this all the time so shouls i buy another modem?
