Hey, we've had problems with our house internet for about 4 months now. Every time I call the tech support of the company, i get some guy on the phone without any computer knowledge.
Because these problems don't always occur we can't really show the mechanic who comes by our house, so i need help identifying the problem.
The problem seems to be with connecting to websites. I've been watching twitch (720p), which was for the most part fine. But opening anything like youtube, google, reddit etc takes ages or webpages don't open at all. Errors vary from no DNS or no internet connection at all. Also images take much longer to load. All these problems occur on all devices on the network. It doesn't matter how they are connected to the router, most are connected directly to the router (like my pc is).
My downloadspeed is 150mb/s, at my computer i reach about 140mb/s. Whenever our internet slows down, my downloadspeed goes down to somewhere between 0 and 80 mb/s.
ALL my tracerts show a request timed out at the second entry every time, as that is where i think my problem is.
