Well thank you. The 3mb didn't look right but that's the max that's advertised, so it had to be it.

Advertised speeds are: 3mb download, as for upload we have a choice of 128, 256, & 512. Not sure which one I have though.

You know, I'm not really sure what the cap is. Do I need to contact my ISP to find out?
