5000/512kbps  is my advertised speed. From what I here I am in a minority here. Alot of people from St Louis arent even getting close to their advertised speed. Lucky me

This is just upload and its not too bad. My download speed leaves a vapor trail. I despise Charter, but for $50 a month, I will tolerate them.
