hi im using a 64kbps cable connection on winxp with sp2 .. i did the speed test n all the possible works and still get avg speeds of 3 - 4 kbps . im already using cable nut . does any1 have tweaks or settings where by i can get maximum from my isp or probably pull out even more ?

have XP with SP2 installed ... and am using a 64kbps cable connection through rasppoe IVE POSTED EVERYTHING POSIIBLE AND HAVE RUN ALL THE TESTS .. HAVE ALSO INSTALLED CABLENOT 4.0.8 AND have used version 4 settings. i am using the Cable and Dsl 64 64.ccs settings for winxp speeds remain the same .. come out with some solution man .. im getting fried here with these speeds
