Thank you and sorry about the late reply, but it turns out, it's my fault and I wasn't aware that would happen, as it was my first and last time ever doing the Windows insider program. My pc is still stuck, I finally got past the last update that was keeping me from connecting to the net and now I'm stuck on the next update. Oh well, at least I know it's not the game.

I've been struggling to make him understand and he doesn't believe me, so I need an expert to put this into words he'll understand, before this get's out of control. Okay, he is obsessed with playing games online and that's fine, but we live in a very dense area, with a lot of tourist. So we upgraded to the highest speed they offer and still, when he goes to play my laptop acts retarded, some times it won't even stay connected after I refresh the page. The minute he stops, it speeds up again and he says, that's impossible, we have the highest speed for a whole office.... While that may be true, they're aren't playing games, I've looked up everything and I can't seem to wrap my brain around it either, I only know when he plays, my laptop goes into crazy mood. So could anyone please explain this, and/or give us a solution to anything that may help, other than limiting his hours like a child. Hi, i'm new and so very confused, so I read somewhere, that lead me here.... They said to do a manual test between 30 and 35 and I did, my first one was at 35 and the other was at 30, but I'm still so very confused. I need to live stream in full HD and I really don't know what any of this means, can anyone please tell me if this is good enough.....in a simple yes or no, please don't confuse me more than I already am, unless you can explain in full detail what you mean.
