i got a higher dl speed, but that's still no where near what i should be running at (5Mbps)....is there any other way to squeeze every nook and cranny out of my ISP? and i've already cleaned out my computer before doing the cablenut thing

when i ran the test, i got speeds waay below what i should be getting with cable; i got arnd 54-99 kbs

but anyways, here are the stats:

-Windows XP

-Earthlink, i believe it should be 5 Mbps

-I don't think i have installed any tweaking progs and these are the results from the analyzer:
