I'm running IE 6.02. I did clear tmp's and cookies. It didn't work.

After running my download speed test, I get a page that states: The page cannot be displayed The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings. Any ideas or suggestions?
