One more question... is there any way I can find out what my actually cap is?

To test, I disconnected the uplink from the router and connected directly to the computer.  Here's what I got:

Wow!  Obviously the cap is higher than 6000/768 (at least in these parts).  I do have a question, though.  Is it common for a route to decrease speed so much?  Obviously my router is cutting my speed by about 2mb wired (and 3 mb wireless).  Should I think about getting a new router?

Has Adelphia increased the cap for Premier speeds?  Looking at this score, what would you guess is the new cap?  6000/768?  If it is, should I adjust my Cablenut setting to reflect the change?
