Hello ... I have a question relating to my speeds when I'm using bittorrent ... Obviously, when I am downloading, my speeds are not as good as when I'm not ... but lately, I have been experiencing some very poor speeds. I'm most concerned with my torrent download speeds - e.g. I am now downloading a recent torrent that usually I would be getting at about 150 kbps ... now, I'm looking at 15 or so ... I don't think that this has anything to do wtih seeds/peers though ... And my connection to webpages, while running BT, does seem to be noticeably slower than usual, even though the speeds are ridiculously low ... I've done some tests, and here are the results: 1.) And yet I haven't seen speeds higher than 25 kps ... and that's the same even if I am doing 2 torrents ... The question remains then: is it my ISP, my computer, the seeds, or what? Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!
