I've been reading the forum for a few days now, i try running spyware/virus scann, clear my cookies/history, defraged my HD, power cycle my modem nothing really helps.My usual download speed never get pass 80kb and stay constant. I have sympatico as my ISP and a 5MB/upload speed???, my modem is SIEMENS MODEM 6520 and i dont have a router.
