I really dont know who is on what. I dont live in a community, I live in a small rural town outside of Boston.

I dont really see this as a host issue, as I connect through my server or my wireless, but it still needs to go through my router then to my modem, then out. I disconnected my router, went straight to the modem, no firewalls enabled, still, under 2mb download. I called comcast, got l1 support, had me do the ol' reboot this and that, reset this and that, try again....still the same. They will be on site monday between 11-2pm to check the lines. I just dont get it. I also reset my modem, have it still running the same sveasoft firmware, but have left it at all defaults other than assigning my vonage phone adapter, my server and the kids PS2 to have static IPS. Kids are not on PS2, no one is on the phone, and still get the same lousy connection speed.

Im running W2k3 Server, behind Linksys WRT54G router running the latest version of Sveasoft. I have Vonage behind that also. Have my QOS set at 4096 DL and 384 UL. Brand new Moto SB5100 Modem.
