Results of this test much slower than others...why?

Thank you ...I'm sure it will most likely confuse the heck out of me but I will definitely take a look and I will read all of the tabs as you suggest. -
I am wondering why my results here are so much lower than all the other speed tests I have run.. Download speeds on other sites are all over 100 and Uploads are over 10 whereas here I am looking at 44/5.7
