  1. TCP/IP is a protocol suite.  It is platform-independent.

I also notice a speed increase when booted into Linux.  I believe it is an overall system performance boost, not just specific to networking.

Yeah, Dude... That linux have automatic turning feature for TCP/IP stack but windows series (early 95 to NT to XP) can not do automatic turning TCP/IP but microsoft have put automatic turner for TCP/IP in windows vista O.S.

Well, that I know a truth about cable media system are share that's what I understand of cable system, on cable so my latency is so-so

  4. Wow, I am sorry. I just tried the link and it did not work for  me.

Anybody have the 20 mb test file  :?::?:

It must have been changed after the redo of the site recently.

    Anyway, nice speeds there. :D

Thanks... How I wish that everyone would be using linux so they will benefits of higher quality of TCP/IP software within linux (unix-like clone)

  6. Nice speeds there Arthur1234 and welcome to the forum

    Try this test:

Clear you cache first, it will take you directly into the test.  ;)

That is much better speedy and healther than windows TCP/IP.

And here is my other stats speed test on speedtest.net,

    52451581.png

That's why linux is more powerful than windows

If I have a four parallels, I would get 40 Mbps to 60 Mbps downsteam under linux OS with load balance that would be demon speedy.
