I'm sorry i don't know what the service that i have, I just plug in my cable to the wall in my room in order to use the broadband connection... but the advertised speed is 2000k download and 521k upload.   3. Hi, I"m from Melbourne,Australia. I'm having very slow download speed with the connection that i have now.. I have ran through all the baisc steps that Vann recommended...
