That's what I had when I first booted up my computer. I then started downloading a torrent, but after a while I saw it was only downloading at ~30-40 kb/s, where it should have been going much, much faster (40 seeds and 400 peers). I then closed BitComet (the only program I had started since booting my computer), and ran the download test again, and got this

And sure enough it was operating at 1/4 of the speed it was originally. Any ideas on how to correct this?
