...all i know about chello is that I can't so much as download a single web page through them. After 10 days of phone calls I was finally informed by a help desk tech that chello in Haarlem was having some problems acknowledging IP addresses. I was told I wouldn't have to pay for missed internet service, but I'm shafted with .10 cent/minute help desk charges. I yearn for the day when I am able to complain about low bandwidth - at the moment my bandwidth is zero. .. any suggestions for a different provider?
