Yes, but 60-61 kB/s is the max download speed I get always. Doesn't matter where I download from. Do you know of any isp's that may offer service to here? Maybe satellite? Thanks

Hey thanks for the reply, I'm from Puerto Rico and sadly those are the speeds we get here, the $40 plan was for 256k, but they raised it to 512k this year ...
