I'm not sure what to say.. all the sudden I noticed a torrent go over 90KB/sec yesterday, when my normal max is 25KB/sec.
I'm on adelphias regular package. Supposed to be 3000/256, but since they're testing it should be 4000/400.
But somehow I'm getting extremely good upload speeds:

My download is ~3k.
The weird thing is: Before running the 5000/768 tweak. (Any other recommendations gladly accepted) It was saying my download was 1800, when just a few days ago on 3 files I downloaded a total of over 600KB/sec. Before the tweak I was getting 857 at pcpitstop, and 61KB/sec here, after the tweak I'm getting the results above for testmy.com, and 1003 for pcpitstop.
