I have Cingular laptop connect using a Sierra Aircard 860 in my laptop of course. I've had the service for almost a year but I've never seen it do this and I have tested it quite a bit since I've had it to keep a 'gauge' of my speed. Of course my speed varies depending on where I am at the moment but I got this while at home which is about 9 miles north of downtown Dallas. When I'm out of town I mostly see edge speeds but while home I am in the 3G envelope which is supposedly expanding.
Well, it's doing it again..
I just cleared the cache in Firefox, closed and reopened the browser, ran the test and got this..

Tested from a 12160 kB file and took 6.61 seconds to complete
