I'm located in the Philippines. I just did a test with my ISP's bandwidth meter at www.pldtplay.com. I got 788kbps. If I show my parents now, they will think that I already upgraded. They have had this problem of not believing me...

Yeah, I've been downloading stuff 24/7 since it got doubled. So yeah probably it will go back to normal. But if there is something wrong with the bill, my parents gonna think that I asked my ISP to upgrade my plan. That means no more internets for me. So that's the only reason I'm worried, but I would still wait and see what happens.

I'm subscribed to a 384/192kbps line and normally I would get good speeds 350-380kbps .Just a few days ago (after the Taiwan earthquake), my speed doubled. So I'm worried they might send me a 2x bill. Should I call them up and tell them to fix it, or is it something they won't know about? :::..
