I've always used the TCP Optimizer at Speedguide.net.  Do you feel there'd be any difference?  MTU is at 1500 right now.

Go there, it is verizon's optimizer tool for Fios...You have to install active x control.  It is safe, and I use it each time I install windows, and I get my full speeds..Just choose your plan from the list, and it will adjust the settings for you.

Just remember you need to reboot after making the changes for it to take effect.. 

Only got 8038.  the speakeasy resulted in over 20Mb from New York but the Seattle was around 5Mb  Maybe it's just server location? I'm in Melrose Ma.

Tested Vz FiOS speeds and they don't seem to be accurate.  Shows less than 5 down and 2 up.  On 20/5 plan.  I go to speakeasy and it reports accurately 22/4.4.  Any clue?
