Hi SGTGriff try installing Speedupmypc. It will optimize your internal windows settings, as they are not optimized from install. I have winxp pro, McAfee AV & Zone Alarm pro firewall. My Computer is only 500mz, 10gb, 320meg Ram, and I live In Halifax Nova Scotia and my speeds greatly increased. Here is my latest test: :::..
