Is it just me, or has anyone else had this problem? when you are uploading more via comcast, your download speeds plummet ridiculously. i have had this problem ever since ive used comcast, in two different locations, in the last five years. for instance, just today i was downloading a rather large torrent, and i was wondering why my download speed was only 130-160kb/s, but then i noticed that the upload speed was 90kb/s, so when i limit the upload to about 10-15kb/s, my download speed is fine.

I have had Comcast at two different locations in southeast michigan, both of which where the same in the sense that when you are uploading data at a "high" rate (say anything over 20kBYTE/s), your download bandwidth suffers horribly. for instance, i just took this test while no one was connected, :::..
