ok thnx for all the help guys....my problem seemed t9o have been rectified....a engineer came round today checked the exchange and told me some home truths about how crap BT really is at service......he got dem to rebuild my connection (whatever that means) either way im back to a reasonble speed . heres the my results after he left.... :::..
