Hi guys, my P2P download speed have decreased drastically quite recently and im getting 1-2kbps speeds for my downloads. My speed test below shows how poor the speeds are. Im using cable for my internet connection. Help anyone???

Bottom Line:: 4X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 40.96 sec
Tested from a 386 kB file and took 15.265 seconds to complete
