Your speed is nothing to sneeze at. Its real good for a 20meg test
Edit: here is a 12meg test you can take. Clear your cache first because the test starts as soon as you click on it.

Giganews is not real accurate.

When I use Giganews I usually download about at 780kb/s with 5 connections.

Thanks for the welcome. I just tried what you said and this is what I got. I am on the 6/384 plan for $40. The computer I got is new so I used cablenut to set it up for the net and boy did I start getting some good results. I tried other speedtests and I get about the same speed. I have no web acceleration programs installed.

Unless you have one whoopy doopy special package going on there! Then maybe you need to clean out your tempory files before each test.
