Im not sure about the whole down and up thing. Im pretty new to this and the only reason is because I was having problems so I am finding out things slowly. When I find out I will be sure to post it. I do have a router. I run linksys WRTG-5 or something of that matter. I will run the spybot right now. =) Thanks alot.

I did a virus scan and it found a virus. I then re-ran my latency and these are the new numbers.

71ms
35ms
Hopefully that means things are getting better

so when i run my latency i am looking for numbers between 50-70? or are they just supposed to be together. I pay for the basic service from comcast which now switched over to timewarner or roadrunner as they call it. I just think my roadrunner is missing a leg or something.

I know I am probably bugging most of you with all these questions but shouldn't my download speed be somewhere in the MB? Not KBPS? When I am running these tests the speeds are coming back around 100-400kbps.... upload is 300-400 kbps...

I ran one of those yesterday while I was on the phone with the tech. One tech told me my connection is really messed up and the other said it is completely fine. I got an experienced tech coming to my house tomorrow hopefully. I ran it again and here are the first seven numbers down the first row... Maybe you can tell me what they mean or if you need all of them. Once again these are all the numbers down the first column.

About two weeks ago, I noticed that my online gaming had slown down a little bit. Instead of a green ping during games I have had a red recently. I havent changed nothing and even made a direct port for my xbox 360. I tried rebooting and everything else that can go along with it. I ran the connection speed test but I have no idea about what I am looking at. Here is what the test results where.
