What really bugs me is when I first started using Orange, my download speeds were great. I was downloading torrents, now, my torrent program cant even download?? I thought my service was unlimited downloads? So am I now bing restricted?? When i logon at work on my laptop, I get my torrents working....

I use Orange for my broadband. It should be a 8meg line. Please help and advise?
