my rogers connect. was slow for a couple of weeks, so I registered my modem - Motorola SB 5100->with Motorola< and made 3 calls to the Rogers tech. Dept. > I noticed a substantial Bandwidth gain about 3 day's after my first call to Rogers Tech........now testing 2.5.>>4.5Mbs at various sites-best here @3.7 Mbs........I'm planning Trace route soon- I know I'm directed thru. Toronto or Chicago > depend on request destination.......Rogers service tech. has thus far been A1..!
