Since last December Charter promised they would resolve the issues with there internet problem. About 2 weeks ago they finally finished there telephone service and now everything has its own line.... so I'm happy

Idk but this helped me. There is a program out there to speed up your torrents by changing the amount of TCP ports open at one time. http://torrentfreak.com/speed-up-your-torrents . It helped my limewire too so yea give it a try. 13Kbs to 65Kbs
