Hello guys.

I need some help with my smart bro connection. SMart Bro installed their connection on my laptop.Everything is ok but when i transferred their cable to my desktop, I could not surf the net. It just says DNS error or stuff like that. I could connect to their portal and to the canopy page. My only problem is I could not surf the net.

I need help in setting up to my desktop. Thanks guys.

if you can access the net on your laptop then you have to clone your laptop's MAC address on your desktop to be able to use the connection on both of them.

its numbered from left to right. with the plug's button facing up.

if you folllow the numbering from color code also from post 1

Pin 1 → white / orange ← Pin 1

Pin 2 → white / green ← Pin 2

Pin 3 → white / blue ← Pin 3

Pin 4 → green ← Pin 6

Pin 5 → blue ← Pin 5

Pin 6 → orange← Pin 4

how are the pins numbered? coz the screenshots from post #1 are bit confusing.

how is it numbered if the plug's lock is facing behind?
