Thank you for the welcome, Starship. Oh btw..I am using Sympatico's Ultra High Speed connection. On the SMART test I was getting 4,400kps or 4.3mg. p/s. I suppose that is the norm for what I am using.Oh..it was a download test..lol

Hello Erin654. You did not let us know what type of modem (eg. DSL, CABLE, OTHER) you are using? I find this site to be quite aqurate in testing my upload/download speeds. You may want to clean you pc's junk files, registry..etc. and defag your computer. Just a suggestion.
