my speeds are meant to be 1500kbps... also i dont know what programs to turn off and what to leave on rofl

there good speeds but how come it says im running at only 34% of my average.may need help? shoudlnt that be higher shouldnt i be on 100%?? may be wrong i dono lol

Hello, I have broadband and im not quite sure what type or anything like that although i was told it can go pretty fast.
