Ive scanned for spyware,adware,viruses, my computer is clean. I dont see whats wrong .

Speed directly wired is the same and I can not get the stupid tweak test to work

Hi all, I'm new here, I just tested my internet and these are my results. :::.. My package is 1500 down and 256 up. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I also cleaned my cookies and useless files and it only raised it .7 percent. P.S: I'm on wireless connection right now, but i get same results on wired, also I have the SP2 patch downloaded and installed.
