Well thanks for the try cable guy. I called the tech support and they said that until they upgrade the system that that is all the juice Im supposed to have. My question is how do I get them to ^ my cap? The cable man said it is set on this and he has called the server people a couple of times to ^ it but they haven"t done it yet. I actually keep getting slower everyday. Everytime I call them I sit on hold for at least 20min. and give up.
