is this speed good enough for a smatbro user?

sometimes i have problems with my connection. sometimes it was good enough and sometimes t was so bad that i cant open an internet page.

im planning to reset my cannopy configuration but it was lock.

i plan to use default plug but then i dont know exactly how to put numbers on the cannopy configuration.

so if anyone could help me what and how am i going to input numbers on the cannopy configuration.

i think  need it in step by step, if you guys and experts would help me.
