Your lucky mines been slower than honey traveling up hill on a winter day since I got it installed. Now test show I'd be better off with dial-up and still going around with support.
Still think it was never installed right as they never put their meter on the installed cables coming inside. Only hooked the meter up to sat. and their test cable to adjust sat. all of this done outside. Being an older tech I understand the difference between impedance of the cables and how it can effect the outcome of setting up a system.
Hoping to hear from support today, with another guess at what is causing the problem. Will see later today maybe.
