Any suggestions?

our bandwidth is 128/300 and yet it is very slow what could be done to improve the upload and download. Any suggestion.

i carried out a test and using smart test and there are the results:

Tested from a 386 kB file and took 27.735 seconds to complete

Upload Diagnosis:: Awesome! 20% + : 31.03 % faster than the average for host
