I tried removing everything and it still does not boot up. My PSU lights up when I turn on the Masterswitch and so does my motherboard.. Whats the problem?

I did take the sound card out.. It still does not boot up

After trying to install the Razer sound card, my computer does not boot up at all. My motherboard still has a green light when the PSU is plugged in and turned on. What is the problem?
