I think the main problem could be because my dad cut thought the coax cable going to our modem. I fixed the cut with a splicer and the connection may not be 100%. But DAMN thats bad....

My connection has been on and off. Earlier today when I tester before I became a member I tested at 2500kbps (not too bad). But the new results are terrible.
