I wanted to know the Max Download rate from 384kbps - 584kbps - 1mbps - 2mbps - 3mbps Internet Connection. Is it the Modem provided by your ISP that makes it a 384kbps - 584kbps - 1mbps - 2mbps - 3mbps? for example the ZyXEL P-600 series modem provided by my ISP makes the speed 1mbps Internet Connection.

Hope someone can explain "briefly" to all of my questions. Thank you in advance!

now its only  running at only 36.12 % of my hosts average (smartbro.net) ... huhuhuh.. ive already done the tweaks...

awww...  :cry: .. so my speed in smart bro in cebu will be the same as of now.. hoping that cool buster will have his updates on vista soon.. i can wait anyway.. tnx again cool buster... uhmm... what about globe broadband? are there also any tweaks? im using globe broadband in bohol and i want to tweak it also..

i already did cool buster's tweak. the one in his blog.. help.. i did it many times already... im a vista user. .  :cry:
