they sent me a new modem still haveign the probs its been fine all day expect just now it reseted it self man its so dang annoying

For some reason my modem keeps reseting its self.... they said it was my modem so they sent me a new modem and i ant useing a router eather  and i am keep geting discontected it seems like it does it more at night it just does it for a sec.... i had that prob at my other house too and i think they came and put a new phone jack in  but i dont want to pay for that if i dont have to get that done
