My Canopy is in DHCP mode any method to disable it? i can't do the override plug coz my antena is way to up high

Well after applying coolBuster's FOURmula this is the result...Worst than a dial-up user  ive reinstall OS iv cleaned my cache Where do i lack? BTW is there another way to speed my connection up to 60% because now im only using 2% of my Connection 1.2Mbps=3kbps? Hell NO!!!  BTW Thank you for those who are helping me MORE POWER TO YOU!

My download is speed is uber slow it reaches bytes/sec My OS is vista ISP is myDestiny Cable and i applied for 1.2mb conection

          I wonder why my download,upload,download speed and streaming is Ultra Hyper Duper Mega Slow even not in peak hours it even reach 0bytes/sec if peak hours hows that?i applied for 1.2mbps which is one in a million difference i hope u could help me sir, MORE POWER TO YOU!
