Just wondering if anyone else has had an issue where the download test will quickly move to about 60% pause for 2 seconds or so and then jump quickly to 80% and jump again to 100%.  Last week every time I tested it would be just a steady  movement from start to finish.

I have had better, the heavy rain seems to slow it down considerably.
