Everyone thanks for the reply as of now my internet connection is ok i ask a friend from PLDT to help me out, since he is working in the same branch where my line is connected, he said he changed my port number i dont know what he means about that. @ sparky Dealing with PLDT's technical support is the worst experience in my life, but thanks for the information you provided i might be needing this someday.
