I run full virus scans daily and the comp is totally clean. When I called the cable company they said that I was showing full speed to them and that it would have to be something client side slowing me down. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ran virus check, spywrare check, adware and the computer is clean. I also ran CC cleaner . I took my firewall down when making the test as well. Windows updates are current as well. I also attempted to use Cablenut with VanBuren's registry #6 but I had no clue what registry to use.
