Help.. I did coolbusters fourmula

and I changed my color scheme.. This time Im using a color scheme that has less sector count but more jitter...

It boosted my upload speed dramatically.. but it slowed down my Download speed.. T_T

What should I do?

Upload Connection is:: 214 Kbps about 0.2 Mbps (tested with 386 kB)
